Before delivery

I didn't get the key, what should I do?
Please wait. If your order is not fulfilled under 24 hours, you will automatically receive your cash back, or our team will contact you to resolve the delay.

Technical Issues & Hardware

If you redeemed the key and it activated the product matching its description on our website, we will not be able to provide you with any form of reimbursement if you are experiencing technical issues (such as game crashing, not launching, etc.).

We can only advise you to contact the game's developer or the publisher to check if there is any fix or patch that may help you.

Returns & Exchanges

A digital product cannot be accepted for return once used. It is not possible to make it valid again or resell it to another customer.

I do not like the game anymore. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, once you redeem the key it is not possible to return the product and receive a refund for the purchase. We cannot make the key valid again.

I received different games or stuff:
If you received an incorrect product by mistake, please contact us for support immediately and we will provide a replacement.

Warranty

We provide a minimum warranty of at least 1 month for any products sold with strong claims. If the delivered item stops working within this period, DiGi Cambodia will review the issue for replacement or support.
