Whether you brave the horrors alone or survive alongside friends, your ultimate goal is to complete Murkoff's brutal therapy and earn your right to return to society.

• Solo or Co-op Survival: Tackle the horrifying trials entirely by yourself, or team up in a party of 2, 3, or 4 players to increase your chances of survival.
